CLIFTON STATE HIGH SCHOOL

January & June 2022

We donated and installed a dishwasher to the Clifton State High School tuckshop.  With thanks to BHB Electrical and Plumbowe for their kind donation of services.

​

The tuckshop also received a grant to replace the old roller doors with new electric controlled ones.

WESTBROOK BATHROOM

April 2022

This client wanted to convert his unused verandah into a bathroom and storage area.

GREENMOUNT EXTERNAL CLADDING

February 2022

The clients removed the asbestos cement sheeting and required the external wall to be cladded in VJ timber.  Locally sourced reclaimed timber was utilsed for this job

GREENMOUNT MAINTENANCE

November 2021

Maintenance was required to remove and replace this fascia to stop water ingress from storms occurring so that insurance work could proceed.

RAMSAY ROOF

October 2021

This project involved insulating and cladding the internal lining of the under-utilised outdoor patio.  Instant relief was made with this little job which the clients loved after 30 years of suffering under the hot tin roof.

GREENMOUNT DRAWING ROOM

April 2022

This project converted an old enclosed verandah with bullnose roof to a quaint drawing room fit for the talented artist who is going to be utilising it.  See her works at:  https://www.facebook.com/karincheethamartisit

WARWICK SUNROOM

March 2022

This project involved converting a disused cold sunroom into a warm and inviting barn themed room complete with horizontal VJ panelling and barn doors connecting the house to the new room.  The space is now able to be utilised all year round.

GOOMBURRA RENOVATION

October 2021

This old girl was transported from the grounds of the Glengallan to her final resting place nestled in the hills of Goomburra.  This renovation consisted of converting doors to windows, installing a reclaimed leadlight framed door, extending and updating the bathroom and creating a verandah fit for the majestic queen she has become.
